When working on networked audio systems that have multiple VXi or MVi amplifiers, it is important that all amplifiers connected to the network have concurrent presets setup on each device.
Each amplifier can store up to 6 active presets, 4 non-active presets as well as the Valet ground-triggered preset. For more information on how to configure presets, click here. Because each amplifier can store up to 11 presets total, it is important that the presets on each device are labeled, have the same color code, are in the same order, with the same number of active presets. When switching between presets on the DRC (digital remote control), the presets will advance from left to right as displayed within the TüN® Software.
If any of the active presets are out of order on any device, or if there are mismatched colors, this can cause issues and will be highlighted within the Network Tab in TüN® with a yellow warning triangle ️ . If there are any active presets missing on any device, it will flag the other devices with a red warning triangle
. If there are any non-active presets that are missing from any devices, a yellow warning triangle
️ will be displayed, however since it is not an active preset the device will still function normally.
