If you've recently ordered your product directly from JLAudio.com and find yourself needing to return any of the items on your order, there is an easy self-service method right on the website to complete your return. Please find an outline below of this process:
1- Visit the JLAudio.com website
2- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Returns
3- Log in to your account using your email address and Order number, this information can be found in your confirmation email or the invoice that came with your product.
4- Once you log in, select the product you wish to return
5- Select a reason for the return, then click Confirm & Continue
6- Review your shipping options (self-return) and print your Return Authorization label
