How do I cancel my order on

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled online, but you can contact our Consumer Support team for assistance. Our teams are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Once your order status shows it has been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel or alter the order. Instead, once your order arrives, you will need to follow the returns procedure below. 


How to I start a return for my items purchased on

Visit, then enter your order number and email address. Follow the prompts and a RMA will be issued. For more detailed information on completing your return online, please visit this page.


When will I expect my refund for items purchased on

Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. 

When will my order ship from

It typically takes 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order. Presently, we only offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders to the contiguous 48 states. Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Puerto Rico. We also do not ship orders to international locations.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email which will include tracking information for your products. Depending upon your shipping address, and product availability in our warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.


Can I change the shipping address for an order placed on

Please contact Consumer Support via our online form or email to alter your order information.


Where is my order placed on

Track your package's progress using the link(s) in your Order Shipment Notification email and/or SMS text <OR> Login to your account to locate your order and tracking. We will also notify you when your package is Out for Delivery and when it has been Delivered.


Where do I purchase a product if they are “Temporarily Unavailable” on

From time to time, products may be out-of-stock in our warehouses and therefore unavailable to order directly on our website. These products may still be available for purchase through any of our Authorized Dealers. Please see the links below to find a dealer.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx SmartPost, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Parcel Select Ground.
